1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and win92 ("win92", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the win92 website, mobile interface, products, and services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant-win games.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on win92, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Account Registration

3. Age Verification & KYC

3.1 Age Verification

win92 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Accounts where age verification fails or is not completed within the required timeframe will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations applicable under win92's international licensing framework, all players must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC for Pakistani players);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. win92 targets processing of withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, subject to KYC verification being complete and no compliance hold being in place. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically credited within minutes once approved. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• win92 may withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, AML review, or where fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may attract a processing fee to cover payment provider costs incurred by win92.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on win92 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. General provisions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. win92 does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets at the player's request except where win92 determines a manifest error has occurred.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

win92 offers bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• win92 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of an active promotion, or disqualify a player from a promotion where abuse is suspected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on win92 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account per person or per household;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or operate win92;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors for financial gain;
• Using a payment method that you do not own or have authorisation to use;
• Money laundering or using win92 for any purpose connected with financial crime;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Any activity that interferes with the integrity of win92's systems, games, or markets.

8. Responsible Gaming

win92 is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The following tools are available to all registered players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• win92 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• win92 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Players use the platform entirely at their own risk. Betting and gaming involve the risk of financial loss. win92 does not guarantee any outcome or return.
• win92's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under win92's international licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, players should first contact win92's support team via Live Chat or support email to seek resolution. win92 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of a formal complaint being received. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body as applicable under win92's licensing framework.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

12. Amendments & Termination

win92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, win92 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or to your registered contact details. Continued use of win92 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

win92 may suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms, for regulatory reasons, or in the interests of responsible gaming. Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds held at the time of termination will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting win92 support. Requests for account closure will be processed within five (5) business days.
