1. General Provisions

- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports integrity violation;
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors for financial gain;
- Using a payment method that you do not own or have authorisation to use;
- Money laundering or using win92 for any purpose connected with financial crime;
- Providing false information during registration or KYC;
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;

8. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
12. Amendments & Termination
win92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, win92 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or to your registered contact details. Continued use of win92 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
win92 may suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms, for regulatory reasons, or in the interests of responsible gaming. Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds held at the time of termination will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting win92 support. Requests for account closure will be processed within five (5) business days.
